Can I return something?
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by Australian Consumer Law. Because many products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are generally not available.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
Some products may be fulfilled by different production partners, so items can arrive separately without extra shipping charges.
